Welcome to Not In Phoenix! We are a canon & custom Twilight RPG based a few months after Eclipse. This is a Breaking Down role play site. We are currently not expecting vampire applications because we are in dire need of more werewolves and humans. Canon vampires are applicable. We really need a Carlisle Cullen.
This is a note from Polly here regarding the female werewolves! Since the whole 'girl being a werewolf' thing is suppose to be rare, we aren't accepting anymore female werewolves. They have all been secretly living among us. Looking like everyone else, they are anything but uncommon. Possibly your best friend, boyfriend or girlfriend, or even your dog. Their minds are one of brilliance and their faces are exceptionally beautiful. Flawless. The only purpose in their life, the only goal of their entire existence, their only chance at survival is keeping the secret. Their lifespan is eternal, unless they can control themselves and they can choose if they want the changing to stop. Mortal or Immortal? As they learn the power of discipline, they have a better chance. Though this takes some time. The wolves and humans are oblivious of their interlacing lives. However the secret is hard to keep to yourself, you cannot control it until you gain the experience. What happens if someone slips? If their control breaks loose? What if ... the code is broken? Now it is time for our story to unfold, another storm for us to break through. I wish you luck, my friend.
But now new creatures have been spotted, and not only one type, many versions of another unknown species. They are said to have teeth as sharp as a knife, penetrating the necks of their victims. There are very few, but they are known. And another species has the record of appearing somewhat like a dragon, but in human form. One has told me that they have phantom wings, and phantom claws coming from their human bodies ... the world is full of surprises. Surprises that could either give you the thrill of a lifetime, or bring you to an early deathbed. Be careful where you take your breaths, they could be listening ...

In the late middle ages, a castle was forged by hundreds of thousands of slaves, owned by the ruler of a warrior sect in the mountains of Bulgaria. This warrior king called this castle Boendrugar [bone-JROO-garr], meaning “a fallen comrade”. The king was obsessed with eternal life, for his kingdom was the most powerful sect in all the Balkan region. Therefore, he practiced alchemy in the underground dungeons of his mighty stone fortress. He concocted various potions and stews, all containing mystical properties, but none gave the king the immortality he wished for. He tossed his failed formulas into the soil surrounding the castle, the only things on his mind the misery of his impending old age, and the reaper who followed close behind. However, this mythical waste product was not completely harmless to the ecosystem. Plants and animals which ingested the potions mutated into abnormal beings- in some cases, ungodly. The formulas not only created mystic beings, but attracted them from elsewhere as well, until Boendrugar became some sort of a safe haven for mythical beasts and beings. This went on for long after the king died [he never did create his immortality serum], through an entire millennium, until the current year, 2008. Boendrugar is now a boarding school, with a population of humans, weres, vampires, shape-shifters, and other beings to whom going to school in a Balkan mountain range is appealing. A herd of horses, whose ancestors thrived on their very territory since the days of the warrior king, also inhabits the Boendrugar grounds. This race of horses, after consuming the king’s concoctions, retains the ability to shape-shift into human form when they reach puberty. In their equine form, these equines are the guardians of Boendrugar and its surrounding terrains. Some actually attend school in the castle in their human forms. But whomever [and whatever] you are, Boendrugar is no ordinary castle in the mountains. Beware! Some of the equine feel they are being cheated and refuse to live as gaurdian, but to kill all who oppose them.

On the cold nights of LA, you can hear the small hint of races all over in the city. Different cars go against one another, either to show off, or to race for pink slips. Many people come to join, watching and waiting, placing bets on who will win the race. Yet the same time cops lurk around every corner, weather to catch the races, or to catch the next generation. Many cars come to gather, and yet some don’t make it home. While others are done for, or others are torn apart.When you enter the city of LA, be careful where you go, the people here are dangerous, along with what goes on around the city its self. Cops roam the streets looking for the pests that destroy the city below them, but one owner has made them stay away while some cops are bold enough to come into the city and try this foe. Stay away from the cops, and you just might be in luck. From creative art work done to these machines, will only the mastermind out race everyone else and also will win the battles.
The city of LA is a big place, and half of the city is torn at two points, the good side and the bad side. Either you can have no fun on the good side, or you can join us and have the time of your life. Embrace the adrenaline rush, and quickness in your movement, have fun while it lasts. Forks, Washington has always been a place where things have been simple. Recently with the influx of vampires, people have failed to notice those that have gone missing. The werewolves can't hurt the Cullen clan, they've not broken their contract, they've not hurt a soul. But it's open season on vampires. With everyone in a whirl-wind of vampiric chaos and death tolls in Forks rising, the Volturi still haven't shown their faces to stop the madness.

Following a trio in Italy, the Volturi are winded and tired. Their bodies go forever, but their minds, caused by blackness in their tracking and the inability to see the ones being tracked they're growing weary, ready to return home. That is when a sense comes. the smell of a creature closer. He's bleeding, wounded. He's what they're hunting. The fourth to the group, making it a trio that's on the loose, rather than four. His words lead them all to Forks, where the Volturi come armed, ready to kill.

They carry no scent. They are close. Two males, a single female, each varying in size, each meek and unwilling to become part of a group. What are they? What could be dangerous enough to distract the Volturi when they were clearly challenged by such scary numbers that have climbed in Forks?

Forks, Washington; the dullest place in the US or at least it was before Bella Swan moved here and changed the life of the Cullens, the largest vampire coven of the area.
She never thought that her first love would be a "bloodsucker" whose kiss could be her last.
When you run with vampires, life is not so easy. Another coven passed through Forks and James, a tracker decided to hunt down Bella, she became her prey. The Cullens sent her back to Phoenix, however the tracker found and trapped her... and only Edward could rescued Bells from the sadistic vampire - he sucked out James' poison from the wound
Ten years have passed since the discovery of vampire hybrids due to the birth of Renesmee Cullen. Nearly matched in numbers, the Volturi stood down all those years ago, retreating back to Italy to avoid a potentially fatal battle. But true evil never rests, it only waits. Studies of the Halflings have proven them to be "genetically flawed", "unclean", and "fit for extermination". To be efficient Aro and his brothers have ordered a mass genocide of the race; the objective is to collect all of the Halflings and dispose of them in a vampiric holocaust. Renesmee is one of the first to be seized, taken to Volterra to await her execution along with the others of her kind.
Meanwhile, her family and imprint, Jacob have become privy to her abduction. After discovering the plans of the Volturi they are forced to make some very quick decisions if they hope to stop this mass murder before it takes place. They decide that the Volturi’s time as rulers of their secret society has ended; the only issue now is how to cast them down. Luckily there are several other covens that have grown tired of the Volturi’s reign and are more than willing to help. But even with their combined efforts and the help of the wolf pack will they be able to dethrone the Volturi?

Falcarragh, Ireland.
This small town has seen generation upon generation of legends and myths; from the very first celtic stories to the tales brought to them over the sea from all over Europe. Now, centuries after the last of legends had been formed, the townsfolk of Falcarragh still pass the tales on from generation to generation. Each child is brought up on the legends of fairies, gnomes, trolls...
But most interesting of all were the tales about vampires. werewolves, demons and mermaids. Most of the Falcarragh children were drawn to those stories in particular. They were fascinating and frightening all at once. In time those tales had become just that, tales, rather than superstition. Once reaching adolescence, the children would stop believing.
Little did the townspeople of Falcarragh, Ireland know that their myths were true, and they were playing out right beneath their noses! Vampires, werewolves, demons, and mermaids are in fact part of the towns population.
It is a rare occurrence that a human be allowed to see this supernatural part of the world...and when they are let in, they are either welcomed or...disposed of.
So, will you let yourself into this world? Or continue living normally, pretending that none of this exists?
